About The Position

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Construction Laborer to join its team in Dublin, Ohio. The role involves physical labor and using a variety of hand and power tools. The position is intended as a steppingstone toward a Construction Supervision position. The ideal candidate has basic construction skills, can complete small jobs independently, is organized, communicates effectively, and maintains a positive attitude.

Requirements

Effectively and professionally communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
Meet the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders and stairs; walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting, and bending for long periods.
Regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
Have experience with hand and power tools.
Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property.
Be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of multifamily, three-story, wood-frame construction.

Responsibilities
