Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds, including using American units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to perform extensive physical activity and strenuous daily activities of a primarily productive or technical nature.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items, work with the fingers, and perceive attributes of objects and materials.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain sediment control fence.
• Install and maintain erosion control logs.
• Install and maintain rock filter dams.
• Pick up trash and debris from drainage inlets.
• Clean up spills of hydrocarbon-containing liquids.
• Remove built-up sediment from erosion control devices.
• Properly secure materials and equipment for transport around the project.
• Perform other duties.
