About The Position
Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT), a 100% employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm, is seeking a Construction Engineer/Manager to provide construction management services in the Central Pennsylvania region. The role includes overseeing construction projects, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking schedules and budgets, supporting quality assurance and quality control, and contributing to client relationships and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Provide construction management services, including conducting meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, tracking project schedules, and providing regular oversight of construction projects.
- Perform constructability reviews.
- Provide oversight of budget tracking and project staffing.
- Assist with project QA/QC.
- Maintain and build client relationships.
- Develop Statements of Interest and proposals.
