About The Position

Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in its Orange County, California office. The practice includes nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide and represents defendants in significant-exposure construction matters, including property and personal injury claims involving insured and self-insured businesses and individuals. The group handles a wide range of matters, with particular strengths in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. Its partners and senior associates are experienced trial attorneys, and the practice has received prominent recognition, including citation by the National Law Journal for a Top Ten Defense Verdict of the Year. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills and one to seven years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. California Bar admission is required. Insurance defense experience is preferred, but the firm is also interested in talented developing attorneys with substantive litigation experience in another area. Requirements

Admission to the California Bar.
