Litigation Associate Attorney – Construction Defect (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring a Litigation Associate Attorney for its construction defect practice in the Phoenix office. The firm welcomes experienced practitioners, attorneys transitioning into a new practice area, and recently admitted attorneys. Attorneys will work with colleagues in a firm that emphasizes a positive culture, respect, mentorship, and an inclusive environment. The firm’s training and development team provides opportunities to enhance legal skills and receive mentoring. Attorneys can develop their careers and pursue leadership opportunities across offices, as well as eligibility for non-equity or equity partnership. Promotion is based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. Compensation is $115,000–$200,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience, with discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Member of the Arizona bar in good standing.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
Nice To Haves
- Litigation experience involving construction defect is preferred but not required.
- Trial experience is a plus.
