About The Position

The Las Vegas, Nevada office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice. The practice represents defendants in significant-exposure construction matters, including property and personal injury claims involving businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured. The group handles a broad range of matters and focuses on litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex cases. The practice includes partners and senior associates with broad trial experience. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and experience in insurance defense litigation. Construction defect experience is preferred. The firm is also interested in developing talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience in other areas. Requirements

Strong research and writing skills.
One to seven years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
Substantive litigation experience.

Construction defect experience is preferred.
Insurance defense experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
