About The Position
ASR International Corporation is seeking a Construction Control Representative or Senior Construction Control Representative to conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings to the COR, with specialized expertise in designated codes and systems. The positions support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, and work locations are determined by individual task orders. All personnel must complete required training, including the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training. Candidates must be E-Verify eligible. Background investigations, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, and/or security clearance may be required at the task order level. Candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications and indicate the position title in the application subject line. Candidacy may be subject to customer approval, required background checks, and obtaining and maintaining any required security clearances.
Requirements
- Construction Control Representative: minimum five years of experience meeting the position description, plus one specialized skill.
- Senior Construction Control Representative: minimum ten years of experience meeting the position description, plus one specialized skill.
- Candidates must be E-Verify eligible.
- Complete required USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with USACE construction surveillance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance of construction projects.
- Deliver surveillance reports on workmanship, materials, and methods.
- Support preparation of draft modifications, IGEs, POMs, and PNMs.
- Provide technical findings on REAs and claims.
- Apply expertise in one or more specialized areas, such as NFPA 101, NFPA 70, HVAC/TAB, ICD 705, or concrete.
