About The Position

Lead the consortium project by coordinating activities and timelines across all partner organizations to ensure project goals for the Healthy Start Initiative program are met. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all consortium partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project objectives. The coordinator will also represent the consortium to community partners and other relevant parties, providing updates on project progress and advocating for the consortium's interests. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data quality to assess project impact. The coordinator will be responsible for producing regular reports for community partners, including progress updates and key findings from monitoring and evaluation activities, and fostering a collaborative environment among consortium partners, encouraging knowledge sharing, and identifying opportunities for synergy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare.
• College graduates preferred with a good understanding of medical terminology.
• Awareness of community engagement strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to provide clear and concise project updates.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
