Requirements

  • University degree in administration, organizational development, human resources, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and transformation within a consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in change strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder mobilization, communication, and training.
  • Experience in digital transformation and understanding of issues related to the adoption and integration of AI solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and mobilization skills.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Initiative, autonomy, and a desire to grow within an international team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on AI-related projects is an asset.
  • Experience in the transport, energy, or financial services sectors is an asset.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and impact analyses to identify human, organizational, and operational issues related to transformations.
  • Define and deploy change management strategies: stakeholder mobilization, communication, training, and support for managers and teams.
  • Support clients in their digital and AI-related transformations, fostering buy-in and adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
  • Identify and anticipate resistance to change and implement actions to facilitate adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and support stakeholders, from operational teams to managers and executives.
  • Formulate clear recommendations and produce quality deliverables: analyses, change strategies, executive presentations, and support tools.
  • Measure the adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Contribute to the firm's life beyond client mandates: participate in watch groups and enrich offerings in change management, digital transformation, and AI.
  • Contribute to publications and training activities.
  • Participate in business development and the preparation of client proposals.
