About The Position

The Connections Coordinator is BCH’s initial point of contact for people who respond to digital outreach, register for events, or submit questions online. Using HubSpot and approved BCH scripts, the coordinator learns about each person’s interests, answers first-level questions, and routes qualified inquiries to the appropriate internal team. The role also supports event invitations and follow-up, church engagement, and scripted donor communications in coordination with the Advancement team. Accurate CRM records, timely responses, and thoughtful handoffs help ensure inquiries receive appropriate follow-up. This is a part-time, primarily remote position of approximately 15–20 hours per week, on a consistent schedule agreed upon with the supervisor. Most work is during weekday business hours, with some early-evening calling windows. The coordinator must have a quiet home workspace and reliable internet and attend one in-person team day each month at Mills Home in Thomasville, North Carolina. Employment is contingent on completing background checks required for a child welfare ministry. BCH is a Christ-centered ministry committed to equipping the Church to bring vulnerable children to Christ-centered homes through foster care, adoption, residential care, and church mobilization and training. Employees are expected to support BCH’s statement of faith, mission, purpose, and spiritual emphasis through professional conduct and service. The employee must profess to be a Christian believer and submit an individual Statement of Faith, Acknowledgement, and Pledge as part of employment requirements.
