The Confluence Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Confluence financial reporting platform for the Financial Administration Department. This role involves assisting with the development and review of workflows, processes, and procedures related to technology solutions for financial reporting. The analyst will create and maintain financial templates, workbooks, tailored shareholder reports, and publishing outputs, ensuring data accuracy and proper formatting in final outputs. Additionally, the role supports the financial administration team with troubleshooting and reporting production, handles ad hoc reporting and special projects, and provides training to junior associates on department workflows.
