About The Position

Silverwork is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to provide critical support to their Client Success and Software Engineering teams. This role is ideal for a candidate with mortgage experience who wants to advance their career. The analyst will manage the client request process, leveraging their mortgage expertise to enhance team efficiency. Responsibilities include gathering client issues, assisting with troubleshooting, identifying corrective actions, ensuring client requests are logical, communicating them to the engineering team, and tracking them to completion. The role also involves monitoring automation systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain service quality. A successful candidate will possess mortgage experience (e.g., Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Operations Support) and have an interest in technology and systems thinking.

Requirements

  • Mortgage experience (e.g., Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Operations Support role).
  • Interest and aptitude for technology and systems thinking.
