Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent required)
4+ years of customer service experience
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for hitting metrics

Nice To Haves

Call center experience a plus (but not required)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent communication—clear, respectful, and enthusiastic
Ability to stay organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails
Confirm and qualify appointments using proven scripts and rebuttal techniques
Ensure all customer details (contact info, property details, etc.) are accurate and complete
Manage online bookings and keep schedules optimized and up to date
Act as the final quality checkpoint before handing leads to the sales team
Recover cancellations and reschedule to maximize opportunities
Serve as the “Voice of the Brand”—delivering respectful, engaging, and professional customer interactions
Coach and support fellow agents through live feedback and collaboration
Maintain clear, detailed notes to ensure seamless handoffs to Sales
Help maximize team performance by backfilling appointments and managing lead flow
