About The Position

Jamba Juice is dedicated to serving fresh, delicious smoothies and snacks with outstanding guest service. As a Lead, you will support management by guiding crew members and ensuring daily operations run smoothly to deliver a great guest experience.

  • Previous food service or retail experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of shift flow and keep the team moving with purpose
  • Motivate and support team members with clear guidance and encouragement
  • Train crew on guest service, food prep, and cleanliness standards
  • Step in to assist guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure every smoothie, bowl, and juice meets our freshness and quality standards
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
  • Work closely with management to uphold Jamba's mission and goals
