About The Position
Universal Windows Direct is seeking experienced Customer Service agents for a Call Center Representative – Confirmation Specialist role. This in-office position offers $20/hour plus bonuses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have previous experience in an office or call center setting. The primary responsibility is to ensure customers have a quality phone experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a call center environment or with customer service
- Excellent customer service both written and verbal
- Strong, accurate, data entry skills
- Process focused - structure and consistency is key
- Strong attention to detail and strong project management skills
- The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously
Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound customer phone calls
- Scheduling/ Rescheduling customer estimate appointments
- Confirming and Verifying estimate appointments
- Ensuring all appointments have resulted from the previous day
- Assisting customers with service inquiries
- Listening to recorded calls to verify customer data is aligned with the appointment data, correcting opportunities when available
- Data entry
- Call quality assurance
- Reporting
- Other duties as assigned
