Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent required)
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • A sales-driven mindset with a passion for hitting metrics
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication—clear, respectful, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to stay organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Empathy and the ability to build trust with customers and teammates
  • Confidence in handling objections and resolving conflicts
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Open to feedback—and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails
  • Confirm and qualify appointments using proven scripts and rebuttal techniques
  • Ensure all customer details (contact info, property details, etc.) are accurate and complete
  • Manage online bookings and keep schedules optimized and up to date
  • Act as the final quality checkpoint before handing leads to the sales team
  • Recover cancellations and reschedule to maximize opportunities
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Brand”—delivering respectful, engaging, and professional customer interactions
  • Coach and support fellow agents through live feedback and collaboration
  • Maintain clear, detailed notes to ensure seamless handoffs to Sales
  • Help maximize team performance by backfilling appointments and managing lead flow
