About The Position

We are currently seeking an exuberant Catering and Conference Services Manager to join the team. Our goals are set on a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our guests. From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hospitality and food & beverage
• Expert in Catering & Events
• Strong leader
• Natural salesperson
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
