About The Position

Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company, is seeking an individual with concrete and equipment knowledge to perform a wide range of duties. These duties may change depending on the type of project and team members. Responsibilities include patching potholes, overlaying streets, sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete, removing and replacing concrete (including form setting to finishing), cutting brush and trees, mowing and weed-eating, and maintaining/cleaning street intersections, medians, and alleys. The role also involves smoothing and finishing poured concrete surfaces on parking lots, roads, or curbs using hand and power tools, and aligning forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters. Experience with Trackhoe or Backhoe is a plus. The position is full-time with a 40-hour work week and is located in Mustang, OK.

Requirements

Must have experience as a concrete finisher
Must pass the background check, drug screen/physical

Responsibilities

Patch potholes and overlay streets
Seal cracks in asphalt and concrete
Remove and replace concrete, including form setting to finishing
