About The Position

The Concierge represents the Scully brand and provides residents with helpful, polished, and energetic service. The role provides information about community amenities and services, recommends local attractions and activities, assists with reservations and tickets, books transportation, helps coordinate special events, and communicates residents’ special requests to the appropriate managers. The Concierge also responds to resident issues with a can-do, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about community amenities and services.
• Recommend local attractions, services, and activities in or around the community.
• Assist guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions upon request.
• Book transportation for residents upon request.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• Help coordinate special events.
• Obtain details about residents’ special requests and communicate them to appropriate managers.
• Represent the Scully brand with a can-do, problem-solving attitude when resident issues arise.
