About The Position

This listing is an opportunity to join Scully’s waitlist for anticipated future Concierge openings; it is not a current opening. The Concierge provides residents with information about community amenities and services, recommendations for nearby attractions and activities, and assistance with reservations, tickets, and transportation. The role also supports special events and resident requests, delivers high-quality customer service, and represents the Scully brand with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Requirements

First-class customer service skills.

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the community’s amenities and services.
Recommend local attractions, services, and activities at or near the community.
Assist guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions when requested.
Book transportation for residents when requested.
Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
Help coordinate special events.
Obtain details about residents’ special requests and communicate them to the appropriate managers.
Represent the Scully brand with a proactive, problem-solving attitude when resident issues arise.
