About The Position

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is hiring a polished, service-oriented Concierge for 360 Condominiums, a luxury multifamily community in downtown Austin’s Market District/Seaholm District near Republic Square. The Concierge is the welcoming presence of the community and serves as a trusted point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. The role calls for discretion, professionalism, and consistently elevated service in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. The position is full-time, on the afternoon shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, five days a week, including one weekend day. The Concierge helps ensure resident privacy and security while supporting daily needs, responding to concerns, and contributing to a positive resident experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems.
Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
Manage building access and guest and vendor check-ins.
Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
Respond to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
Accurately log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
