About The Position

The Concierge is the community’s first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. This part-time role provides front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The Concierge addresses inquiries, coordinates resident services, and helps maintain efficient front desk operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6–12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
Working knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls and inquiries as needed.
Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors.
Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
Support management with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and light clerical work.
Order office supplies.
Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Complete work order requests.
