About The Position

The Adolphus is seeking a Concierge to help guests create special, unique experiences in Dallas. The role suits someone who knows the city’s restaurants, shops, events, cocktail bars, florists, and memorable locations and can make thoughtful recommendations. The Concierge welcomes guests, responds to inquiries, assists with arrangements, handles incoming communications and deliveries, and helps maintain a clean, tidy lobby and guest spaces.

Requirements

Have an approachable and personable personality and a guest-first mentality.
Have a keen understanding of the property and surrounding amenities.
Be able to partner with outside businesses to make thoughtful recommendations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended to.
Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging excursions.
Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages.
Ensure guest spaces and the lobby are clean and tidy at all times.
