About The Position

The Concierge provides assistance to residents, guests, and vendors in the community. The role includes greeting residents and visitors, answering telephone calls, supporting administrative functions, and helping ensure concerns receive timely responses and follow-up. The Concierge may also monitor safety and life-safety systems, investigate unusual activity, process reports, handle deliveries, and maintain community key and gate-pass records.

Requirements

Three months of related experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful demeanor.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
Answer telephone calls.
As requested, monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms, and investigate unusual activity to help ensure the safety of residents and property.
Process reports concerning work orders, incidents, and concerns.
Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and other items, and deliver or hold them as requested.
Maintain the sign-in/sign-out log for issuing community keys and gate passes.
Assist other departments with administrative functions.
Ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely responses and follow-up to support high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
