About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor for a customer-service-focused security post in Cleveland, Ohio. The supervisor works with people across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments, building meaningful connections and helping visitors feel reassured and confident. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with an hourly wage of $21.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
