About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Maricopa, Arizona. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Monday and Tuesday, and 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Wednesday, for 40 hours per week. The pay is $22 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
