About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security role in Arnold, Missouri. The officer will work with people in a hotel lobby and other settings, building connections and helping visitors feel reassured. The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, managing access, patrolling, monitoring security equipment, responding to incidents, and protecting people and property. The schedule is part-time, Tuesday through Thursday, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., at $17.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
