About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Phoenix, Arizona. The role focuses on customer service and building connections while providing security in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, and 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, totaling 39 hours per week. The hourly wage is $19.26. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
