About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador for a customer-service-focused security role at a site in Des Peres, Missouri. The role involves interacting with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, building rapport, reassuring visitors, and helping maintain a safe environment. Two part-time schedules are listed: Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The hourly wage is $20. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
