About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Westbury, NY. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. All shifts are available, including 8 a.m.–4 p.m., 4 p.m.–12 a.m., and 12 a.m.–8 a.m.; both part-time and full-time schedules are offered. The position pays $20.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York State security license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
