About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide security and customer service in a concierge post. The role involves interacting with visitors and others across settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, with an emphasis on building connections and inspiring confidence. The position is located in Moreno Valley, California, and has two overnight schedule openings: Sunday and Monday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM; or Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The hourly wage is $20. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
