About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in The Woodlands, Texas. The role has a strong customer-service focus and involves engaging with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is full-time, Friday through Monday, from 12:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., at $15.45 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
