About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Stafford, Texas. This customer-service-focused role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, monitoring access points, conducting foot patrols, and helping protect people and property. Officers interact with people throughout their shifts in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The posting lists both a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and a part-time schedule (Sunday and Monday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). The hourly wage is $17.00. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• A state license, if required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of security experience is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Monitor multiple interior and exterior access checkpoints.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
