About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Stafford, Texas. This customer-service-focused security role involves working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is offered on either a full-time Monday–Friday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m. schedule or a part-time schedule of Sunday and Monday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., and Wednesday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.00. A uniform is provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of security experience is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Monitor multiple interior and exterior access checkpoints.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
