About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Ambassador to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing activity on security screens, documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. The position is located in Decatur, Illinois, and is full-time, Friday through Monday, on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.96.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience working as a dispatcher or inside a call center.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
