About The Position
Halcyon Home is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, compassionate, and highly motivated RN for a fast-paced, people-focused concierge home care role. The position provides personalized private-pay nursing services to clients in their homes, assisted living communities, and independent living residences. The nurse will focus on each client's needs and preferences, delivering attentive care built around listening, hospitality, and compassion. The role combines clinical nursing expertise with medication management, RN delegation, caregiver leadership, and relationship-building. The nurse will work with clients and families, caregiver teams, marketing liaisons, and residential community partners to support safe care, smooth client transitions, and a positive client experience. The position calls for responsiveness, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing with the state nursing board.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge or experience using Homecare Homebase EMR.
- Experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized concierge nursing care based on each client's needs and preferences.
- Manage and oversee medications to promote safety and accuracy for clients and families.
- Oversee RN delegation and ensure caregivers are trained, supported, and equipped to deliver quality care.
- Collaborate with caregiver teams by providing clinical guidance, leadership, and support.
- Partner with marketing liaisons to build relationships, support new client transitions, and promote an outstanding client experience.
- Respond promptly and confidently to changing client needs while remaining calm, attentive, and compassionate.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and residential community partners.
