About The Position

We are currently hiring professional and customer service-oriented Concierge / Gatehouse Security Officers for a residential condominium HOA community in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-end residential environment focused on safety, hospitality, and professionalism. This role combines security responsibilities with concierge-style customer service. Officers will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while helping maintain a safe and welcoming community environment.

Requirements

  • Prior security experience, preferably in a condominium HOA, gatehouse, concierge, residential, or hospitality setting
  • Valid Florida Class D Security License
  • Strong communication skills
