About The Position

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Concierge Banker for its Jeffersonville, Indiana branch. The role is suited to a helpful, customer-service-oriented individual with experience in transactional cross-selling and product education. The schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Starting pay is $17.80 per hour.

The Concierge Banker welcomes members, helps them use interactive teller machines (ITMs), answers questions about products and services, and supports account maintenance and account openings. The position also involves educating members, maintaining product knowledge, cross-selling, and referring members to Senior and Relationship Bankers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid communication skills.

• Experience in transactional cross-selling and product education.

Responsibilities

• Sincerely greet each member in the branch.
• Educate members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
• Answer questions about Heritage products and services.
• Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers.
• Assist members with technical services, account maintenance, and opening shares and accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Perform other duties as required.
