About The Position

The Concierge Attendant creates a welcoming, personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing hospitality, and offering hotel and local recommendations. The role includes setting up and maintaining food, beverage, and supply presentations; keeping the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready; assisting with reservations, transportation, hotel services, and special requests; and supporting front office operations and guest communications as needed. The attendant follows food safety, cleanliness, and service standards and performs additional duties to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
