About The Position

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is a beachfront resort in Kauai, Hawaii, offering a tropical work environment and a culture centered on aloha, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences. The Room Attendant joins the housekeeping team and helps ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, memorable stay by maintaining clean, tidy, and inviting guest rooms. The role requires attention to detail, energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This is a part-time, hourly position. The listed pay is $25.00 per hour. The posting also describes a sign-on bonus incentive of $150 at hire, $300 after 90 days, and $500 after six months. Pre-employment drug testing and a background check are required; the employer participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards, maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are presented invitingly.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
• Report maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
• Follow established health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
