About The Position

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience. This role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concession Stand Runner supports concession operations by ensuring food, beverages, supplies, and products are stocked and delivered efficiently throughout the venue. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment while assisting concession staff in providing exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to deliver food, beverages, and supplies to concession stands and service areas in a timely manner.
• Must be able to restock inventory, including snacks, beverages, condiments, cups, utensils, and paper products.
• Must be able to monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors.
• Must be able to assist concession stand staff during peak service periods.
• Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, concession stands, and workspaces.
• Must be able to follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Must be able to remove trash and recyclables as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Must be able to assist with setup before events and breakdown after events.
• Must be able to ensure products are properly rotated and stored according to company standards.
• Must be able to provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and team members.
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
