About The Position

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concession Stand Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a concession environment. This position supports efficient concession operations by handling transactions, maintaining food safety standards, stocking products, and ensuring a clean and welcoming experience for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to take food and beverage orders and accurately process customer transactions.
• Ability to prepare and serve concession items according to established procedures.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, and handle credit card, and mobile payments.
• Ability to maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Ability to keep concession stands, food preparation areas, and customer service areas clean and organized.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
• Ability to assist with opening and closing concession operations.
• Ability to respond to customer questions and resolve routine service concerns.
• Ability to follow company policies, health department regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
