About The Position
San Marcos Academy (SMA) is seeking a part-time Concession Assistant to support its mission of providing excellent Christian education. This role involves stocking and operating concessions for sports events after regular school hours. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as hours will vary based on weekly activities and events. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to SMA's mission and have a passion for serving students and their families.
Requirements
- Cashiering using a NCR Counterpoint point of sale machine/Ipad
- Comfortable handling money
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist students PreK-12th grade
- Receiving and shelving merchandise
- Availability to work hours in the afternoon and other hours as needed (mostly Mon-Fri, weekends occasionally)
- Flexibility to work in all Concessions areas
- Ability to work well with students
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Flexible work hours
