At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.The Lead Concession Stand Attendant is responsible for overseeing daily concession stand operations while providing exceptional customer service. This position assists with staff supervision, training, inventory control, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The Lead Attendant serves as a role model for team members and helps ensure efficient operations during events and peak business periods.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support concession stand staff to ensure efficient and professional operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new concession employees.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure proper workflow and customer service.
- Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverage items according to established procedures.
- Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, food preparation areas, and storage locations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing inventory.
- Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, and supply concerns to management.
- Support event operations and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform all duties of a Concession Stand Attendant as needed.
