About The Position
At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience. Our Ryan Field Lead Concessions Supervisors are instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Lead Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple concession locations and supporting the successful execution of food and beverage operations throughout Ryan Field. This position serves as the primary event-day leader for assigned concession areas, providing direction to the frontline team members while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, food safety compliance, and financial accountability.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in concessions, food service, hospitality, retail, or event operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Stadium, arena, or entertainment venue experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee concession operations across multiple stands or assigned venue areas during events.
- Provide leadership and direction to Concessions Supervisors and hourly staff.
- Conduct pre-event operational briefings and communicate service expectations.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality is maintained.
- Monitor cash handling, inventory controls, and reconciliation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
