About The Position

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience, and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concessions Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in designated concession service areas. This position helps create a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining beverage quality standards, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Requirements

Ability to verify guest age and identification in accordance with state and local alcohol service regulations.
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process credit card and mobile payments.
Ability to maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and venue amenities.
Ability to ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest behavior.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, concession areas, and beverage stations.
Ability to restock beverages, garnishes, cups, ice, and related supplies.
Ability to assist with opening and closing activities, including inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and cleaning procedures.
Ability to follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
Ability to collaborate with concession staff, runners, and supervisors.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and service procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, concession areas, and beverage stations throughout events.
Restock beverages, garnishes, cups, ice, and related supplies as needed.
Assist with opening and closing activities, including inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and cleaning procedures.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
Collaborate with concession staff, runners, and supervisors to ensure efficient event operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
