About The Position

The Concessions Manager oversees day-to-day food service operations and leads a team of associates. The role is responsible for managing client relations and ensuring food served to clients, customers, and employees is of superior quality. The manager operates the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with maximum value for the dollars spent, and maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests, the client, and other departments.

Requirements

Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including familiarity with food and wine pairings.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree preferred.
ServSafe certification preferred.
