Requirements

  • 3+ years of concessions, food service, or hospitality management experience
  • Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations during live events
  • Knowledge of concessions operations, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
  • Experience supervising and training hourly team members in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily concessions operations during events and non-event activities
  • Supervise concessions team members and provide operational leadership
  • Ensure food and beverage stations are properly stocked, organized and maintained
  • Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and labor needs based on event demands
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate product needs to purchasing teams
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
  • Support financial objectives through labor management and waste reduction
  • Train team members on service standards, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
