Requirements
- 3+ years of concessions, food service, or hospitality management experience
- Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations during live events
- Knowledge of concessions operations, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Experience supervising and training hourly team members in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily concessions operations during events and non-event activities
- Supervise concessions team members and provide operational leadership
- Ensure food and beverage stations are properly stocked, organized and maintained
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate staffing assignments and labor needs based on event demands
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate product needs to purchasing teams
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Support financial objectives through labor management and waste reduction
- Train team members on service standards, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
