About The Position

Drive culinary excellence across the University of Kentucky dining and hospitality operations. As the Executive Chef, you will lead culinary teams, oversee menu development, ensure food quality standards, and support operational and financial performance while delivering memorable guest experiences. Compass Group is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Kentucky (UK), launching July 1, 2026 — and we’re looking for talented individuals to help bring this innovative, integrated services model to life through Compass Athletics. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume hospitality operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience managing food and labor costs

• Culinary degree preferred
