Lead concessions operations with a focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. As the Director of Concessions, you will oversee concession operations, staffing, inventory, and service execution across the venue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of concessions or hospitality leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume operations
- Knowledge of inventory, labor, and financial management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with food safety compliance
